Travel & Cancellation Policies For Bookings

Booking Online

When booking online through 'Square', once booked your appointment will show as pending until approved by Hall 2 Fame. We will then be in touch with you to go over the finer details of your booking. If you are a new customer, you will be required to fill out the registration form either online, text/ Whatsapp or over the phone. Once we have recieved your registration form and have completed our mandetory checks, your booking will be approved.

Booking Manually

When booking manually via email, phone or web form. We will then be in touch with you to go over the finer details of your booking. If you are a new customer, you will be required to fill out the registration form either online, text/ Whatsapp or over the phone. Once we have recieved your registration form and have completed our mandetory checks, you will then be sent an invoice once a time/ date has been agreed. Your booking will be approved pending payment in line with the T&C's and Cancellation Policy.

Travel Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary travel within a 15-mile radius of our business address at Sycamore Grange, Cross Drove, Gedney Hill, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE12 0PZ.

Should you require us to travel beyond this radius to meet you, an additional charge of 50p per mile outside the 15-mile radius will apply to your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We recognise that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:

1. No Show: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full booking price will be charged to your account or deducted from your deposit.

2. Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full booking price will be charged to your account or deducted from your deposit.

3. Cancellation outside of 24 Hours: If you cancel more than 24 hours before the booking, you will receive a full refund.

4. Non payment of booking: If you don’t pay within 48 hours of your arranged appointment, your booking may be cancelled.

Please be aware that exceptions may be granted for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
